This is how it works.

First 2 weeks: Get acclimated and set the stage.

  • Engage your peers' responses


Remaining 4 weeks: Get new ideas, go create new experiences, learn from your experiences.

  • Engage the action modules at your pace (video, audio, text)
  • Respond to the action prompts
  • Go do new things based on your epiphanies from the modules/prompts
  • Come back and reflect on your new experiences
  • Engage your peers' responses and reflections


Also:

  • You can organize small groups within the larger community to co-travel with. Some groups may want to setup weekly Zoom calls to go even deeper.
  • Our expert coaches elevate the community discussion with pin-pointed feedback and guidance throughout the 6 weeks.
  • We host a weekly live Q&A with the workshop host and expert coaches (or watch recording later).


What's the time commitment?

That's up to you. There are no requirements. We're all adults here. 

That said, you reap what you sow. For best results, spend about 3 hours a week on the platform. That's 1 hour at the beginning of the week engaging new content, 1 hour at the end of the week reflecting on your new experiences, and 15 minutes a day in between engaging the community discussion.

The goal is to help you hyper-focus on your leadership performance and improvement for 4 solid weeks. That's why returning to the platform briefly each day is better than 3 hours one day a week.
