Runs 6 weeks
Over six weeks, we'll help you hyper-focus on your leadership growth. We'll provide the content, the structure, the coaching, and the community. You provide the real-world context and the go-do. Together, we'll make real change and level-up your leadership performance.
The focus of this workshop is on learning to help others shatter your expectations. Sounds pretty cool, eh?

It's time to break the myth of the solo-climber.
You have important work to do, but you can't do it alone.
You need co-creators to help you build out the new, the wonderful, the audacious.
It's time to break the myth of the leader-as-boss.
Bosses don't produce co-creators. They produce servants.
They do it by incentivizing, punishing, scrutinizing, driving, and squeezing.
Ugh. Who wants that job? Who wants to be a taskmaster?
There's another way to lead.
You don’t have to oppress your people. You don't have to persuade or coerce them.
And you don’t have to do their work for them or settle for the status quo.
Instead, you can empower them.
We're not talking about delegation, assignments, orders, expectations, or accountability.
All that’s excellent for preventing failure, but terrible for promoting excellence.
Empowerment is the key that unlocks excellence.
Step one. Let go of control.
Yep. We're talking to you. You're going to have to give up control over the means and the ends.
But don't worry, we'll help you learn to let go of control without letting go of your sanity.
Step two. Create the conditions.
When the people want to do the work with everything they've got, they'll give everything they've got to the work.
That's when they'll blow you away. That's when they'll go beyond their best performance as they slip into the magical state we call hyper-performance.
That's when excellence emerges as you co-create the new, the wonderful, the audacious.
And that means your job is to unlock your people's potential to be amazing. It's to create the conditions that inspire them to want to do their best work.
That happens through the 5 leadership behaviors we call the "super powers": moral power, mentor power, communal power, vision power, and disruptive power.
(The last one is our favorite.)
You can be that leader.
Mmm-hmm.
The leader everyone loves. The leader who's happy, energized, and fulfilled. The leader who's taking the community places.
The leader you really are.
We'll help you get there.
